It's very simple. We will not release your personal credit card, name and address, email address or any other information about our customers to outside parties. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information you provide us to other companies, organizations or individuals. We simply do not redistribute your private information, period.

Furthermore, your information provided to us during the ordering process is protected by a secure SSL server. This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorized people cannot read it. Your sensitive data is invisible to people who may be trying to "listen" to the ordering process.

LIVE IN-PERSON ORDERING
Also, if you wish, you may order "live" over the telephone toll free by calling us to talk with a salesperson during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST (closed holidays).

If ordering by phone or fax, please place your order online using our Secure Web Store, and select "Will Call You" or "Will Fax You" for your payment method.

JAVASCRIPT AND COOKIES

Worry Free, Anonymous Shopping -- Like most online stores, we use a "Javascript cookie" containing an anonymous User ID to keep track of your page requests within the store. This cookie is a small file that stays on your computer between visits to our store. It only contains a randomly generated number and source-code, assigned to you when you entered the store the first time. This enables us to let you anonymously add items into your shopping cart, and come back later to view your shopping cart. You can shop in complete privacy, without ever giving us your personal information, or having to "log in" to our system. The cookie system is completly automatic. You can view your cart at any time, either in the same shopping session visit, or during later visits to our store. Later, when you decide to order, you are shown the secure order form to send us your personal information, such as address, email, phone, credit card and so on. Personal information is never stored in a cookie. It is stored on our own secure servers and office system, protected by lock and key access and state-of-the-art security.

Adding multiple items to your cart and completing the order form and checkout process requires us to keep track of your requests as you move from page to page within the store. This requires a javascript-enabled, and cookie-enabled browser with "medium" privacy settings. If you have encountered problems shopping in the store and viewing your shopping cart, it may be necessary for you to change your privacy settings to the medium position. Here is how to do that...

  Go under the TOOLS menu -> INTERNET OPTIONS
  Click the Privacy tab at the top of the Window, then move the slider control to Medium or lower.

• For older Windows MSIE or Macs'
  Go under the EXPLORER, SAFARI or EDIT menu -> PREFERENCES
  Click the Receiving Files -> Cookies on the left, then select "Never Ask" from the popup on the right.

Making those changes in your browser will provide the security you need to protect your personal information and still enable you to shop online.
