Overseas US Territories -- If you are shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands, be sure to select those listings, not "United States" for your Country. Also be sure to select "Worldwide Express Air" for your Ship-By method. An additional $15.00 shipping fee apples to these locations due to their extraordinarily long distances from Los Angeles. In case our online store does not add this charge, our staff will add the charge before your order ships.

If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, you may NOT select Ground or 3 Day Select shipping. Only 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air applies to HI or AK. Other Countries -- If you are shipping to any other country, including Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and so on, please be sure to enter your mail or postal code and to select your country from the popup menu. Also be sure to select "Worldwide Express Air" for your Ship-By method. (Remember that we accept only American Express Card or Wire Transfer as payments for international order shipments.)

Canadian shipments may select either "Canada Standard Ground", or "Worldwide Express Air" for your Ship-By methods. Be sure to enter your postal mail code and to select Canada for your country.

SHIPPING COST
You may expect that each CDR spindle of 100 will cost about $170 to $200 to ship to most European countries, or more to New Zealand, Australia, Africa, Asia and other areas -- PLUS any applicable taxes and/or additional duties. (Spindles of 100 weigh about 5kg or 12 pounds when packed.) Due to these costs, orders of less than $500 USD value are generally considered by our customers uneconomical to ship overseas. We do NOT ship jewel cased CDs or jewel cases themselves overseas, due to their size, heavy weight and fragility.

PAYMENT METHOD
We require all international shipments to be pre-paid using International Wire Bank Transfers or American Express Card. Shipping charges and applicable taxes or duties must be included in your wired amount. Call or email for final costs before wiring money. 2. 2nd Business Day or Next Day orders placed before 1:00 PM PST for in stock Items usually ship the same day, for existing customers shipping to previously verified addresses. If you are a first time customer or a previous customer using a new credit card or shipping to a new address we have not verified before, please expect another day or so while we contact your bank and verify the new information. We verify all billing and shipping information with the customer's bank to protect our customers and ourselves from the possibility of fraudulent credit card use.
